First off, please contact us via email or phone to confirm availability on dates and the location you would like to serve. Right now we have five sites, as you may have noticed on our website. However, we might have additional opportunities available by the time you wish to come. There are additional sites that we are currently working to bring on line.

We ask for a $500 non-refundable deposit in order to secure the dates and location for your team.

Lastly, below you will find a pdf medical waiver form and a skills sheet. Please download and print, and have your members fill out and sign as appropriate. You may scan these and email back to us, or mail to:

We ask that you get these to us at least six weeks ahead of your visit so we can assign your team to the best project. Please do not plan to bring them with you.
