Pocahontas

Our Pocahontas location is our newest mission base located near the small town of Marlinton, which is the county seat of Pocahontas County. This is a very rural location, surrounded for the most part by the Monongahela National Forest in the Allegheny Mountains.  There are many opportunities to enjoy some great outdoor team  building events. Take a ride on a steam engine, visit the Green Bank Observatory, rent some canoes on Seneca Lake, or ride a bike on the Greenbrier River Trail to name just a few.  The Snowshoe Mountain Resort is also open year-round and has many additional opportunities for excitement. 

ACCOMODATIONS

We are partnered with the Ambassadors for Christ Retreat to host our teams. This retreat offers individual rooms with one or two beds, a shower, toilet, and sink. There is a large fully equipped kitchen and break area, a chapel, and plenty of outdoor space to enjoy a campfire or just relax. We can accommodate up to 40 persons here at a time.  All rooms have heat and AC, so this location is available year-round. We will post some pics soon!
