Summersville

Additional Information

The City of Summersville, WV is located in the heart of West Virginia and surrounded by the cool and pristine waters flowing from the Appalachian mountains. These waters provide world class outdoor recreational activities, such as whitewater rafting on the Gauley or New rivers, boating on Summersville Lake, or hiking along the Muddlety Creek Trail. Along the banks of these waters lay beautiful dense hardwood forests, providing the trails, cliffs and game for the dry land adventurer.

ACCOMMODATIONS

Groups will stay at the Summersville Presbyterian Church that is equipped with three showers, and a fully equipped kitchen.  There is an outdoor picnic shelter and outdoor space.  We can house approximately 20 folks here at the church in multiple rooms with cots and plenty of space for air mattresses. We also have additional space available for larger teams if necessary through one of our partner churches close by.
